The wholesaler portals your pharmacy already logs into — Symbion, API and CH2 among them. If there's another one you rely on, tell us and we'll have a look at it.
Do we have to change how we order?
No. OOS Monitor doesn't order anything. It tells you when you can, and you order exactly the way you do today.
How do products get onto the list?
Whichever way is quickest for you: pick from the built-in catalogue, forward a Pharmx out-of-stock email, upload a spreadsheet, or type the name in yourself.
How often does it check?
As often as suits your shop — you set the interval. You can also pause it overnight so nobody wakes up to an alert at 3am.
Who gets the email?
Whichever address you nominate. Most pharmacies point it at a shared inbox so an alert never sits unread while someone's on a day off.
How long does it take to set up?
Long enough to add the handful of products you're already chasing. Most of the setup is just deciding which suppliers matter to you.
